As a publicly traded utility delivering power to customers across a six-state service region through two retail brands, PacifiCorp is working to improve reliability while taking action to reduce the risk of wildfire. That work has become increasingly urgent in recent years.
I helped tell this story by organizing their efforts into three core themes: Immediate actions to improve safety; grid hardening efforts; and support for local preparedness. These themes, which formed the structure of PacifiCorp’s web presence and its advertising campaigns, were anchored by a series of chapter videos. Through my work with 3/Thirds, I served as campaign strategist, creative director and lead writer.
